With no further ado *drum roll* welcome to YOU CAN SIT WITH US 

After years in the Los Angeles PR bubble, I felt worn out. My confidence was at rock bottom. That whole Devil's Wear Prada environment was just not for me. After being told I was "too nice" I said adios amigos to that job. BUT many ideas start with a problem. Inspired by the urge to prove these individuals wrong I created YOU CAN SIT WITH US. A community for people who want to feel accepted and confident to be themselves.

The movie Mean Girls stuck out to me because it shows how a sense of belonging is so important. The phrase “YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US” is used in the film to maintain hierarchy and to keep people in their place. I decided that YOU CAN SIT WITH US would be a powerful brand name, to show that there's no limit for what you are capable of when you believe in yourself and have a community that supports you. We are all about acceptance, kindness, and inclusiveness over here.

I do have a thing for anything pink, interior design, and everything that can make you a tiny bit happier just by looking at it. So we sell happy products. All our products are either hand made by one of our team members, or carefully sourced. Each product is made with LOTS of LOVE.
